(usare come misura il vasetto dello yogurt)

2 YOGURT ALLA VANIGLIA
3 UOVA
2 VASETTI ZUCCHERO
1 VASETTO DI OLIO
3 VASETTI DI FARINA
1 BUSTINA DI LIEVITO
1 PIZZICO DI SALE

Mescolare tutto e dividere a metà l’impasto.
ad una metà aggiungere:
75g di CACAO ZUCCHERATO

all’altra metà aggiungere:
1 VASETTI DI SCIROPPO ALLA MENTA (non pieno)
2 VASETTI DI FARINA

Versare un’impasto sopra l’altro ed infornare in una teglia imburrata ed infarinata a 170° per 4O-45 minuti.
